蛋白芯片法检测恶性胸腹水肿瘤标志物的临床应用价值

摘    要:目的探讨多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片技术检测对良、恶性胸腹水的鉴别诊断价值。方法检测100例患者的胸腹水癌胚抗原(CEA)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌抗原125(CA125)、癌抗原153(CA153)、糖链抗原199(CA199)、糖链抗原242(CA242)、前列腺特异性抗原/游离前列腺特异性抗原(PSA/f-PSA)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素β(β-HCG)、生长激素(HGH)、铁蛋白(FerritinFe)水平,并对检测数据进行统计学分析。结果良恶性组标本的胸腹水NSE、PSA/F-PSA含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05),而两组另9种肿瘤标志物含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。胸腹水多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统在鉴别良恶性胸腹水诊断中的敏感性、特异性均高于常规检验。结论检测胸腹水肿瘤标志物有助于良、恶性胸腹水鉴别诊断。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of multi-tumor marker protein chip technology in the identification diagnosis of benign or malignant pleural ascite fluid.Methods The levels of CEA,AFP,CA125,CA153,CA199,CA242,PSA/f-PSA,NSE,β-HCG,HGH and Ferritin were determined in 100 cases and the statistical analysis was performed on the detection data.Results There was no statistical significant difference in the levels of NSE and PSA/f-PSA of pleural and ascite fluid between benign and malignant samples(P0.05).And the statistical significant difference presented in comparison of the other 9 tumor markers between two groups(P0.05).The protein chip detection of multi-tumor markers in pleural and ascite fluid was highly sensitive and specific in the identification diagnosis of benign or malignant pleural and ascite fluid as compared with routine examination.Conclusion The detection of pleural and ascite fluid tumor markers benefit the identification diagnosis of benign or malignant pleural and ascite fluid.
