摘    要:
丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)通路目前已鉴定出4条[细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK)1,2、P38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(P38)、c-Jun氨基末端激酶(JNK)和ERK5],其中ERK1/2通路可被多种刺激活化,通过调控细胞周期,抑制细胞凋亡。促进细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭等而与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。许多子宫内膜癌相关因素通过MAPK/ERK通路起作用。雌激素可以通过非基因组转录效应迅速激活MAPK通路促进子宫内膜的的发生发展。综述MAPK/ERK信号通路的研究进展,重点论述MAPK/ERK信号通路与子宫内膜癌的关系及分子机制,以及MAPK/ERK通路抑制剂在肿瘤防治方面的临床应用前景。
