| 清热利湿法治疗急性病毒性肝炎216例 | |

| 摘 要： | 急性病毒性肝炎其主要病机是湿热内蕴，临床采用清热湿法共治疗２１６例，结果临床治愈１９１例，显效２０例，好转４例，无效１例，总有效率为９９．５４％，对清除ＨＢＶＭ有明显作用，阴转率达７０％以上，证明清热利湿法具有退黄迅速，降酶快，对ＨＢＶＭ阴转亦有明显疗效，对急性病毒性肝炎疗效确定。 |

| Abstract: | Main mechanism of acute hepatitis is retention of damp-heat in the body. The auther treated 216 patients with clearing heat and promoting diurinesis in clinic,and theresults showed that 191 cases were cured,20 cases effective,4 cases better and 1 case was noeffective and the toati effective rate was 99.54%,This method has evident action to removeHBVM, and the conversion rate of positive indexes is morw than 70%,which suggested thatthe method has the action to relieve jundice rappidlv,reduce transminase soon and is also ef-feaotive for converrsion of HBVM. So this method has exactly action for acute virus hepatitis |
