| 摘 要： | 目的:通过分析不同时间介入康复治疗对中青年脑卒中患者运动及认知功能的影响,探讨青年脑卒中患者最佳治疗时机.方法:通过进行系统、规范、个体有效的功能锻炼,抢救受缺血损害和尚未死亡的脑细胞,修复缺血脑组织的功能,减轻神经功能的损害,对3组经过14 d康复治疗后,A组、B组及C组肢体运动功能评分(FMA)、日常生活活动能力(ADL)、认知功能成套测定评定(LOTCA)进行疗效评定.结果:3组与康复治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗第14 d后A、B、C 3组间进行比较且A组优于B组,2组均优于C组有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:超早期联合康复治疗中青年脑卒中,能有效地降低病死率和减少致残率,是临床治疗中青年缺血性脑卒中行之有效的方法,值得进一步推广.
