消毒供应中心表格式区域交班记录的设计与应用

为使消毒供应中心（CSSD）交班记录简洁全面和规范，按CSSD卫生行业标准对工作区域的划分要求，根据我院CSSD实际工作情况，以表格的形式分别设计与应用去污区、检查包装区、灭菌区、无菌物品卸载区和无菌物品存放区的交表记录，使记录内容全面清晰，客观真实，省时省力，可避免人为交班疏漏的出现，减少工作缺陷的发生，提高了临床科室对消毒供应中心工作的满意度，也利于科室设备的管理。

The design and application of chart-like shift record form in Central Sterile Supply Department

In order to make the shift record in Central Sterile Supply Department ( CSSD ) to be concise, comprehensive, and standard, according to the demand of CSSD's Hygienic Professional Standards for division of work areas, we designed chart-like shift record form for dirt removal area, inspection and packing area, sterilization area, sterilized goods loading area, and sterilized goods storage area. The new form can make the records to be comprehensive, clear, and real. It helps save time, reduce workloads, avoid mistakes at work,improve the satisfaction of clinical departments to CSSD, and manage devices in different departments.
