生长抑素治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效分析

目的探讨生长抑素治疗重症胰腺炎的疗效。方法将94例重症急性胰腺炎病人分为生长抑素治疗组(n=49)和对照组(n=45)，对两组之间腹痛及压痛缓解、血淀粉酶恢复正常、腹水消失、住院时间以及并发症发生率、转手术率、死亡率进行对比分析。结果治疗组的腹痛、压痛缓解时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常、腹水消失、住院时间明显短于对照组，并发症发生、转手术率及病死率也明显低于对照组。结论生长抑素治疗重症急性胰腺炎有肯定的疗效。

Effect of Somatostatin on Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To evaluate the effect of somatostatin on severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 94 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were divided into somatostatin group (n=49) and control group (n=45) retrospectively. The following items were compare between two groups: abdominal symptoms and signs, blood amylase, ascites, length in hospital, the rate of complications, the rate of operation treatment and the death rate. Results The time of abdominal syndrome and sign, the blood amylase being normal, ascites disappearing and staying in hospital in somatostatin group were shorter than that in control group. The rate of complication, operative treatment and the death in somatostatin group were obviously less than that in control group. Conclusions Somatostatin has a beneficial effect on treating severe acute pancreatitis.
