颅脑外伤术后颅骨缺损修复临床研究

摘    要:
目的 为进一步完善离体颅骨瓣原位修复颅骨缺损。方法 对38处颅骨缺损分别应用多孔离体颅骨瓣(简称组Ⅰ)/或多孔离体颅骨瓣 骨多肽生长素(简称组Ⅱ)原位修复颅骨缺损。结果 修复颅骨缺损:35处,术后随访3月~2年,全部病例无并发症发生,触压骨瓣部位无活动感,硬度正常,外观完美,经X线及头颅CT检查,组Ⅰ中4例可见骨瓣中央密度降低,有部分吸收现象,余病例骨瓣对合良好,接合处骨缝渐消失,可见骨痂形成,骨瓣密度正常。结论 多孔离体颅骨瓣原位修复颅骨缺损简化手术操作,简便易行,经济安全,创伤性小,效果确切。

Abstract:
Objective To improve the method of reconstruction of cranialdefect with autografts of skull.Methods Thirty-eight regions were reconstructed with porous auto-skull flap or porous auto-skull flap mixed with BMP. Results Thirty-eight regions were treated. All cases have been closely followed up from 3 months to 2 years,no complications was found,the skull flap was adiaphoria, the hardness was normal,the results were satisfactory.The patients were examined with X-ray and CT,4 regions in group Ⅰ were founded reducing of density and some absorbed in the center.The others were fixed exactly and the neogenetic bone was founded.Conclusion The method is easy and safe,the operation time is shortened,the injury of the body is reduced,and the result is satisfactory,but some is absorbed in the center,the local application of BMP can avoid it,so that it is a good method of reconstruction of cranial defect with porous auto-skull petal mixed with BMP,and may be wildly used in general hospital.
