| 摘 要： | 背景:老年骨质疏松性特殊体质及对置换耐受性差的特点,使一旦发生股骨颈骨折存在着合并症多,并发症高的问题。目的:观察骨水泥型人工双极股骨头置换治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:选择2006-05/2009-03赣州市人民医院骨科收治的骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折患者39例,均采用骨水泥型人工双极股骨头进行置换。结果:随访39例10～34个月。置换后6,12个月Harris评分分别为(92.5±6.8),(93.2±5.6)分,较置换前(42.5±9.6)分明显提高(P<0.01)。影像显示所有股骨假体位置无移动,未见松动或下沉。末次随访未见可确诊的无菌性松动影像表现或要求翻修,亦无骨盆局限性骨溶解。提示采用骨水泥型人工双极股骨头置换治疗老年性骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折的临床效果满意。
