首次脑梗塞患者血清高敏C-反应蛋白、内皮素-1、纤维蛋白原浓度与脑梗塞复发的相关性

摘    要:目的:探讨血清高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、内皮素-1(ET-1)及纤维蛋白原(FIB)与首次脑梗塞患者脑梗塞复发的关系。方法:选取2013年1月~2014年1月,我院收治的首次脑梗塞患者82例,于入院24h内测定血清hs-CRP、ET-1及FIB水平,并随访记录患者的脑梗塞复发情况,采用单因素分析、Logistic多因素回归分析上述指标与脑梗塞复发的关系。结果:82例患者中22例(26.83%)复发脑梗塞,复发脑梗塞患者的血清hs-CRP、ET-1及FIB水平显著高于未复发组;血清hs-CRP、ET-1及FIB分层分析显示,浓度越高复发率呈显著增高趋势;Logistic相关性分析显示,血清hs-CRP、ET-1及FIB均是脑梗塞复发的独立危险因素。结论:首次脑梗塞复发患者的脑梗塞复发与血清hs-CRP、ET-1及FIB水平密切相关,高水平血清hs-CRP、ET-1及FIB水平是脑梗塞复发的独立危险因素。

For the first time,gao min serum C-reactive protein in patients with cerebral infarction,endothelin-1, fibrinogen concentration and correlation of recurrent cerebral infarction
Abstract:Objective To study the serum gao min C - reactive protein(hs CRP)and endothelin 1(ET 1)and fibrinogen(FIB)and cerebral infarction in patients with cerebral infarction recurrence relations for the first time. Methods From January 2013 to January 2013, our hospital 82 cases of patients with cerebral infarction for the first time, to the hospital within 24 h serum hs CRP, ET-1 and FIB level, and follow-up records in patients with cerebral infarction recurrence, using single factor analysis and Logistic regression analysis the index relationship with the recurrence of cerebral infarction. Results 82 pa-tients in 22 cases(26.83%), recurrence of cerebral infarction, cerebral infarction recurrence in patients with serum hs-CRP and FIB, ET-1 level is significantly higher than did not relapse group;Hs-serum CRP and FIB, ET-1 layered analysis shows that the higher the concentration of the recurrence rate was significantly increased;Logistic correlation analysis showed that the serum hs-CRP and FIB, ET-1 are independent risk factors for cerebral infarction recurrence. Conclusion The first recurrent cerebral infarction recurrence in patients with cerebral infarction and serum hs CRP, closely related to the level of ET 1 and FIB high levels of serum hs CRP, ET-1 and FIB levels are independent risk factors of recurrent cerebral infarction.
