动、静脉性脑梗塞经MRI检查的区别比较

目的：研究比较动、静脉性脑梗塞经MRI检查的区别。方法：回顾性分析我院2012年1月~2015年12月收治的动、静脉性脑梗塞患者各40例，分别对两组患者实施MRI检查，观察并比较两组诊断方式的价值情况。结果：动脉组诊断结果与病理结果相比无显著差异，静脉组诊断与病理结果相比同样无显著差异；对比两组患者诊断价值情况，发现采用MRI对动、静脉脑梗塞患者进行诊断均能取得较为理想的效果，无明显差异。结论：MRI检查对两种性质的脑梗塞均有较好的诊断价值，能够较为直观地反映出患者大脑内部缺血情况，对脑梗塞严重程度的判断以及预后的评估提供可靠的依据，对后续的治疗有较为明显的指导作用。

Comparison of the difference between MRI and cerebral infarction after cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the differences of MRI examination in the study of cerebral infarction and cerebral infarc-tion. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were treated 40 cases of cerebral in-farction patients, respectively, two groups of patients with MRI examination, observation of the value of the two groups. Results Artery group diagnosis and pathological results compared no significant difference, vein group diagnosis and pathological results compared to also have no significant difference, compared two groups of patients with diagnostic value and found using magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)to move, vein in patients with cerebral infarction diagnosis can get ideal effect, had no significant dif-ference. Conclusion MRI diagnostic value of two properties of cerebral infarction were better, for the subsequent treatment of patients has a more important significance.
