七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼麻醉在腹腔镜手术中效果及对认知功能的影响

目的：探讨七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼麻醉在腹腔镜手术中效果及对认知功能的影响。方法：将84例于我院行腹腔镜手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各42例。两组均给予相同的麻醉诱导，观察组采用七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼进行麻醉，对照组麻醉采用丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼。观察两组麻醉效果及认知功能的变化。结果：麻醉后，观察组苏醒时间、拔管时间以及拔管时、拔管15 min苏醒质量评分均明显优于对照组，而麻醉时间和手术时间两组间无差异；拔管后，两组患者认知功能均逐渐恢复，观察组在2h内恢复到术前水平，而对照组认知功能恢复到术前水平需要3h，观察组在拔管后1h、拔管后2h认知功能评分显著高于对照组。结论：七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼麻醉用于腹腔镜手术可明显缩短患者的拔管时间、苏醒时间，显著改善苏醒质量，加速患者术后认知功能恢复。

The clinical effect and effect of sevoflurane combined remifentanil anesthesia on cognitive function in patients with laparoscopic surgery

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and effect of sevoflurane combined remifentanil anesthesia on cogni-tive function in patients with laparoscopic surgery. Methods 84 patients with laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into observation group (n=42) and control group (n=42). The two groups were recieved the same anaesthesia induction, the control group was given anesthesia of the propofol combined reminfentanil, the observation group was given anesthesia of sevoflurane combined reminfentanil. Observe the efficacy, the cognitive function score (MMSE) was tested and compared after treatment. Results Recovery time and extubation time in observation group were significantly lower than control group, recovery quality (during extubation, 15 min after extubation)was significantly better than control group, there was no significant difference on operation and anesthesia time between 2 groups;After extubation, the cognitive function of the two group’patients recovered gradually, the observation group returned to preoperative level within 2 h, the control group returned to preoperative levels with-in 3 h. 1 h and 2 h after extubation, the cognitive function score of observation group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion Sevoflurane combined remifentanil anesthesia can significantly improve the recovery time, extubation time, recovery quality and cognitive function in patients with laparoscopic surgery.
