| 摘 要： | 报告1例耐多种药物寻常狼疮.患者男,41岁.肛周出现红斑、溃疡2年余.5年前曾患肺结核.皮损组织病理检查示真皮浅层可见结核结节,诊断为寻常狼疮,经规则抗结核治疗无效.组织人型结核分枝杆菌培养阳性.药敏试验对异烟肼、利福平等4种抗结核药耐药.提示为耐多种药物寻常狼疮.

| Abstract: | A 41-year-old mall has been diagnosed as hpus vulgaris.Perianal erythema and ulcers have lasted for about 2 years while he began to have pulmonary tuberculosis 5 years ago.Histopathoiogical detection of lesion showed that tuberculous tubercle presented in shallow dermis.Lowenstein-Jensen culture with tissue fluid from Iesion was positive for bacillus tuberculosis typus humanus,Regular anti-TB treatment was not effective,which is identified as multidrug-resistant(MDR),including isoniazid,rifampicin,ethambutol and rifapentine. |
