产单核细胞李斯特菌致新生儿败血症并发肺部感染1例

患儿，女，2012年4月23日13：00出生，lh后从产科转入新生儿科。因“孕33W＋3顺产分娩，出生后无自主呼吸8min”入院，患儿出生体重1．9kg，有宫内窘迫史，其母亲有胆汁淤积综合征、肝损伤病史，羊水三级感染，阿氏评分1分，5min、10min分别评分为2分、5分；以早产、窒息人住新生儿科。

One case of neonatal sepsis complicated with pulmonary infection caused by Listeria Monocytogenes

The preterm infants got neonatal sepsis complicated with pulmonary infection because of Listeria Monocytogenes. The clinical manifestation included cyanosis of skin of face and limbs, short and irregular breath, mild three-concave sign, saliva, soft neck, rough breath sounds with wet rale in both lung, weak sucking reflex, roo-ting reflex and moro reflex. Laboratory tests suggested that C-reaction protein increased,myocardial enzymes be-come abnormai,hilirubin increased. Listeria Monocytogenes were detected in both blood and sputum specimens. The imaging examination was not performed because the infant had so serious illness. Clinical diagnosis was given as follows：premature infant, neonatal sepsis and lung infection.
