| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨早期糖尿病肾病的主要危险因素及中医证型分布特点。方法:对298例2型糖尿病患者临床资料进行收集和统计,并根据中医辨证分型标准将患者分为阴虚热盛、气阴两虚、阴阳两虚3个主证型及血瘀证兼证。根据早期糖尿病肾病诊断标准,将患者分为单纯糖尿病组和早期糖尿病肾病组,对两组患者的疾病相关因素及中医分型情况进行统计分析比较。结果:吸烟史、饮酒史、运动情况的OR值分别为2.581、2.318、2.272;两组间中医主证的分布比较无明显差异(P0.05),早期糖尿病肾病组的血瘀证兼证出现频率高于单纯糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:吸烟、饮酒和缺乏运动是早期糖尿病肾病的独立危险因素,早期糖尿病肾病患者容易出现血瘀证候。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the correlated risk factors and features of TCM patterns of early diabetic nephropathy.
