脑梗死和脑出血急性期高血压与神经肽Y相关性分析

摘    要:目的 :测定脑梗死和脑出血急性期血浆神经肽Y(NPY)含量 ,以探讨NPY在脑梗死和脑出血急性期与高血压的关系。方法 :采用放射免疫法测定合并高血压的脑梗死 10 0例 ,非高血压脑梗死 42例 ,合并高血压脑出血 40例 ,非高血压脑出血 10例及正常健康人 3 0例血浆NPY含量。结果 :脑梗死和脑出血与正常对照组相比NPY明显升高 ,P <0 0 5 ;合并高血压脑梗死与非高血压脑梗死相比 ,前者NPY明显升高 ,P <0 0 5 ;合并高血压脑出血与非高血压脑出血相比 ,前者NPY升高不明显 ,P >0 0 5。结论 :NPY与脑梗死和脑出血急性期血压升高有一定关系

Abstract:Objective: To study the correlation between neuropeptide Y and acute hypertension of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.Methods: Radio immunological method was adopted to measure plasma NPY of 100 cases of cerebral infarction without hypertension,40 cases of cerebral hemorrhage with hypertension and 30 healthy people.Results:Comparing the group of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage with the group of normal control,the NPY was significantly increased, P<0.05;comparing groups of cerebral infarction with hypertension and cerebral infarction without hypertension,the NPY of the former was significantly higher,P<0.05;comparing the groups of cerebral hemorrhage with hypertension and without hypertension,the NPY of the former was not elevated,P>0.05.Conclusion:Elevation of plasma NPY was correlated with acute hypertension of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.
