2010—2013年某三甲医院银杏叶注射液使用情况分析

目的了解并分析该院银杏叶提取物注射液的使用情况,进而促进临床对银杏叶提取物注射液的合理应用。方法从医院计算机系统中调取2010年至2013年门诊及住院病人银杏叶提取物注射液销售记录,并对其销售金额,用药频度,日均费用等指标进行统计分析。结果该院银杏叶提取物注射液的使用量呈逐年递减的状态。DDDc较高的是金纳多（5 mL）,DDDc较低的是银杏达莫（10 mL）。2011年金钠多（5 mL）序列比为2,序列比最大,2011年银杏达莫（5 mL）序列比为0.5,序列比最小,其他各个药品的序列比均为1。结论该院银杏叶提取物注射液使用基本合理。

Utilization of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract injection in a 3A grade hospital from 2010 to 2013

Objective To understand and analyze the use of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract injection in the hospital and promoting rational clinical use of it. Methods The records of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract injection in the application of outpatients and inpatients were retrieved from the hospital computer system from 2010 to 2013, and the sales statistics, sales amount, defined daily dose cost （DDDc）, daily expenses and other indicators were analyzed statistically. Results The amount of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract injection exhibited a diminishing state. The higher DDDc was ginaton （5 mL） ; the lower was Ginkgo biloba leaf extract and dipyridamole injection （ 10 mL）. The maximum of sequence alignment was 2 of ginaton （5 mL）, the smallest sequence alignment was 0.5 of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract and dipyridamole injection, and the others were 1 in 2011. Conclusions The use of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract injection is rational in the whole hospital.
