| 摘 要： | 目的探讨群体性井下瓦斯中毒患者的护理。方法高压氧治疗的同时辅以内科综合治疗的护理。结果 335例患者治愈327例,出现后遗症8例,其中迟发型脑病6例,中毒性精神分裂症2例。治愈率97.6%。结论及早、足够疗程高压氧治疗和良好的护理有助于提高群体性井下瓦斯中毒患者的治愈率,减少后遗症的发生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the nursing on patients suffered collective underground gas poisoning.Methods Hyperbaric oxygen therapy was carried out and internal medicine nursing was supplemented as well.Results There were 327of the total 335 patients were cured.Eight cases exhibited sequel,of which 6 cases were of late onset encephalopathy and 2 of toxic schizophrenia.The cure rate was 97.6%.Conclusion Timely and adequate course of treatment,as well as high quality nursing could contribute to higher cure rate and less sequelae. |
