尿激酶联合肝素封管对长期留置导管的影响及护理

［摘要］ 目的探讨定期应用尿激酶联合肝素封管对血液透析患者长期留置导管的影响。方法将３０例带涤纶环深静脉留置导管维持血液透析患者分成研究组（以肝素加尿激酶混合液定期封管），对照组（以纯肝素封管），观察比较２组导管留置时间、kt／v、堵管次数、血流量是否充足、出血等指标。结果规律性尿激酶联合封管组（研究组）患者导管血流量、kt／v、留置时间明显高于常规肝素封管组（对照组）。结论规律性尿激酶联合肝素封管可使长期静脉留置导管时间延长，同时可提高患者透析血流量，提高透析效率及充分性。

Influence of urokinase and heparin tube sealing of long-term indwelling catheter and its nursing

Objective To explore the influence of regular use of urokinase and heparin tube sealing of long-term indwelling catheter during hemodialysis. Methods A total of 30 patients with indwelling catheter of dacron ring superior vena cava for maintenance of hemodialysis were divided into a study group （periodic sealing with the mixture of heparin and urokinase） and a control group （pure heparin in sealing）, and the indwelling time of catheter, kt/v, number of block, the adequacy of blood flow, hemorrhage and other indicators were observed. Results The indwelling time of catheter, blco：l flow, and kt/v of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusions Regular application of urokinase combined with heparin in sealing can extend the time of venous indwelling catheter, and improve bloc~i flow and the efficiency and adequacy of dialysis.
