压力感受性反射引起夹闭家兔颈总动脉后动脉血压升高

摘    要:目的探讨夹闭家兔一侧颈总动脉后引起动脉血压升高的众多原因之间的关系。方法通过动脉插管法记录动脉血压,观察破坏或麻醉颈动脉窦等因素对动脉血压的影响。结果夹闭一侧颈总动脉后动脉血压明显升高(P〈0.01),而夹闭一侧股动脉后动脉血压仅轻度升高(P〈0.05);破坏或麻醉颈动脉窦可显著削弱夹闭一侧颈总动脉的升压效应(P〈0.01);破坏双侧颈动脉窦后,夹闭双侧颈总动脉与同时夹闭单侧颈总动脉及股动脉相比无差异(P〉0.05)。结论颈动脉窦压力感受性反射是引起夹闭家兔一侧颈总动脉后动脉血压升高的主要原因,外周阻力增大所起作用不大,脑缺血反应不参与该过程。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the mechanisms of blood pressure increase following occlusion of unilateral common carotid artery in rabbits.Methods Blood pressure was monitored by pressure transducer intubation in the common carotid artery to explore the effects on arterial blood pressure due to factors such as destruction or anesthesia of the carotid sinus.Results Blood pressure significantly increased subsequent to unilateral occlusion of common carotid artery(P0.01),whereas only a slight rise was observed when the femoral artery was clamped(P0.05).Destruction or anesthesia of the carotid sinus markedly attenuated the pressure-increasing effect of common carotid artery occlusion(P0.01).Following bilateral carotid sinus destruction,there was no significant difference in blood pressure between the rabbits whose common carotid arteries were bilaterally clamped and those with unilateral closure of the common carotid artery and femoral artery(P0.05).Conclusion It is the baroreceptor reflex that predominantly accounts for blood pressure increase following common carotid artery occlusion.In the former case,peripheral resistance plays a minor role,with the brain ischemia response not involved.
