武警反恐分队官兵个性特点和心理健康教育的相关性研究

目的探讨武警反恐分队官兵的心理健康状况与人格特征的关系。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和卡特尔16种人格测试量表随机抽取武警某部反恐分队官兵200名和普通官兵100名进行了调查分析。结果武警反恐分队官兵SCL-90测评中9项因子分均低于常模,与4种个性因素显著相关(P<0.05,P<0.01),与3种个性因素相关不显著(P>0.05),SCL-90的部分因子与其余9种个性因素相关显著(P<0.01)。结论武警反恐官兵的心理健康状况良好,受个性的影响较大。反恐分队官兵的人格特征可作为部队培养优秀人才的参照依据。

Relationship between Personality Characteristics and Mental Health of Anti-terrorism Armed Police Force

Objective To explore the relationship between personality characteristics and mental health of anti-terrorism armed police force.Methods We used Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) and 16-personality test list proposed by Carter to evaluate 200 anti-terrorism armed policemen and 100 ordinary armed policemen at random.Results Nine factors of the anti-terrorism armed policemen in SCL-90 were lower than those of normal models,which were significantly related to 4 personality factors(P<0.05,P<0.01),but not with other 3 personality factors(P>0.05).Moreover,the rest 9 kinds of personality factors were remarkably related to some SCL-90 factors(P<0.01).Conclusion The mental health condition of anti-terrorism armed policemen is good,and is greatly affected by individual personality.The personality characteristics of anti-terrorism armed policemen can serve as the reference for cultivation of excellent policemen.
