血管性痴呆患者的社区康复护理

目的探讨社区康复护理对血管性痴呆患者病情的影响作用.方法随机将社区72名血管性痴呆患者分为研究组和对照组,研究组在药物治疗的同时,根据疾病的个体特征,给予患者长期系统的神经功能康复护理,对照组仅给药物治疗.分别在治疗前及治疗1年后进行神经功能缺损度及日常生活能力评定.结果研究组的神经功能缺损程度明显改善,日常生活能力显著提高,与对照组比较均有显著性差异(p＜0.01).结论社区康复护理对改善血管性痴呆患者的病情、提高其日常生活能力有着非常重要的作用.

The Rehabilitation Nursing of Vascular Dement in Community

Objective:To explore the effect of the rehabilitation nursing to the diseases progress in vascular dementias of communities. Method:Seventy-two vascular dement are randomly recruited in study group and control group. For the study group, in addition to medicine treatment, a systematic and long-term nursing for rehabilitation of neurological function fit with each case is delivered simultaneously, in comparison with that of only medicine treatment in control group. Assessments on defects of neurological function as well as ability for dealing with daily life are respectively made before and after 1 year of treatment. Results:The two criteria assessed show an obvious improvement of both neurological function and ability for daily life in patients of the study group, a significant difference with that of the control group(p<0.01).Conclusion:The rehabilitation nursing for vascular dementias in community plays an important role in improving the symptorns and ability for daily life of patients.
