| 摘 要： | 文章作者通过对医院药房的现状进行调查,总结归纳了医院药房在管理中存在的储存条件不合格、产品过期、人员和制度因素等问题,并从药品领入、贮存管理、效期管理、药品拆零、药品滞销和药品报损等方面提出了药品规范化质量管理的措施和办法。

| Abstract: | The problems of management in pharmacy in hospital,such as substandard storage conditions,product expiration,personal and institutional problems,are summed up by investigating the status of pharmacy in hospital.And the measures and methods of standardized management of drug quality are proposed from the aspects of drug storage,storage management,expiration management,unbundling sales of drugs,unsalable drugs and reports of loss of drugs,and so on. |
