慢性盆腔炎整体辨证综合治疗体会

目的:研究在中医辨证指导下,内服汤药结合中药灌肠综合治疗方法对于慢性盆腔炎的治疗效果。方法:将62例慢性盆腔炎患者按病情轻重分级,辨证施治,口服汤药结合局部灌肠治疗。结果:痊愈25例,显效17例,有效11例,无效9例,总有效率85.5%。结论:辨证用药、内服加局部灌肠疗法对于慢性盆腔炎的治疗有效,特别是轻、中度患者疗效较好。

TCM Comprehensive Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective:To observe the therapeutic results of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by traditional Chinese drug with oral adiminstration and coloclysis.Methods:62 cases were divided in moderate group,midrange group and severe group according their symptoms,to observe the therapeutic results of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and then give them Chinese drug by oral administration and coloclysis.Result:The total effective rate was 85.5%.Conclusion:Chinese herbs and coloclysis therapy for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has a good effect and is worthy of promotion,especially for the moderate and midrange patients.
