| 摘 要： | 目的:观察外剥内扎结合消痔灵注射术治疗混合痔的疗效。方法:采用消痔灵注射液(五倍子、明矾等)注射配合外剥内扎手术治疗本病50例。结果:治疗50例,治愈50例,总有效率100%。结论:消痔灵注射结合外剥内扎术二者结合治疗混合痔,本方法在临床应用上优点能互相补充,既能够防止术后继发出血,皮桥水肿,还能促进愈合缩短病程,减少了患者痛苦,是治疗混合痔先进的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effection of operation of external strip and internal ligation combined with Xiaozhiling injection.Methods:With Xiaozhiling injection(Chinese gallnut,alum etc)plus the operation of External strip and internal ligation in the treatment of this disease 50 cases.Results:Treat 50 cases,cure 50 cases,the total effective rate of 100%.Conclusion:Xiaozhiling injection combined with the operation of external strip and internal ligation was tied in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,advantages in clinical applications can complement each other,it can prevent postoperative secondary bleeding,skin bridge edema,also can promote the healing shorten the duration of symptoms,reduce the pain,is the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids advanced method. |
