IgA肾病中西医治疗进展

目的:对近年来中西医治疗IgA肾病的文献进行总结,以了解目前中西医治疗IgA肾病的研究现状,以期为进一步的临床研究提供依据。方法:通过计算机检索电子数据库,对中西医临床研究文献进行综述。结果:IgA肾病的中西医治疗均获得一定疗效,但是部分治疗尚存在争议,且大部分研究随访时间较短。结论:中西医治疗IgA肾病均有一定疗效,但相对IgA肾病的慢性病程,尚需要长期的随访以评价远期的疗效及药物的耐受性。

Treatment Progress of IgA Nephropathy by Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective:This paper reviewed the literature of the treatment of IgA nephropathy by Chinese and western medicine,in order to provide information for further clinical studies.Methods:We searched electronic database for relative studies and summarized the mentioned issue.Results:Both Chinese and western treatments for IgA nephropathy were effective,even though most of the results came from short-term follow-up studies.However,some treatments were still controversial.Conclusion:Chinese and Western medicine treatment of IgA nephropathy have a certain effect,but for a chronic kidney disease as IgA nephropathy,more long-term follow-up to evaluate long-term effectiveness and drug tolerance is needed.
