高血压肾病中医病因病机探讨

高血压是我国当今社会最常见的疾病之一,目前尚无彻底治愈的方法。血压一旦控制不利,其对靶器官的损害将是持续性的,肾脏就是高血压损害的靶器官之一。其发病率仅次于糖尿病肾病,在我国的发病率也呈现上升趋势。西医学中高血压肾病是指原发性高血压引起的良性小动脉肾硬化,并伴有相应临床表现的疾病。美国最近的一项调查表明,在过去10年中,美国终末期肾病(ESRD)的发病率以每年9%的速度增长,其中因高血压而引起的ESRD新患者占28%[1]。据1999年统计在我国全部透析患者中高血压肾硬化症占9.6%,并有不断攀升趋势[2]。近几年高血压肾病中医治疗及阻止延缓肾功能损伤方面显示出明显优势。文章就高血压肾病中医病因病机进行探讨。

Hypertension Kidney Disease of Chinese Medicine for Pathogenesis

Hypertension is our society’s most common diseases,there were no complete cure.Once the control of adverse blood pressure,its target organ damage will be sustained,kidney is one of target organ damage of hypertension.The incidence of diabetes after kidney,the incidence in our country have shown a rising trend.Western medicine in hypertension and kidney disease is caused by benign essential hypertension arteriolar nephrosclerosis,accompanied by corresponding clinical manifestations of disease.Recent U.S.survey showed that in the past 10 years,the United States end-stage renal disease(ESRD)the incidence rate of 9% annual growth,high blood pressure caused by new patients with ESRD,28%[1].According to the 1999 statistics in all dialysis patients in our hypertensive renal sclerosis accounted for 9.6%,and a rising trend[2].In recent years,Chinese medicine treatment of hypertensive nephropathy in renal function and prevent injury has demonstrated a clear advantage.In this paper,hypertension and kidney disease cause and pathogenesis were discussed.
