| 摘 要： | 陈师根据多年临床经验,在不换金正气散基础上加减创立加减不换金正气汤,用于治疗慢性胃炎、胃溃疡、结肠炎、失眠等湿热阻滞中焦之证,并认为湿热之证,治疗当苦寒参以苦温,方能化其湿,泻其热,同时强调应慎用健脾益气之品,以防助湿生热。

| Abstract: | CHEN Shi based on years of clinical experience,without changing the gold wendlandii based on addition and subtraction subtraction not for gold Zhengqi decoction was founded,for the treatment of chronic gastritis,gastric ulcer,colitis,insomnia and other heat block in card,and that the heat treatment of card,when bitter bitter ginseng to temperature,can the wet,purging the heat should be used with caution,while emphasizing the Spleen Qi of the goods,in case the help from heat. |
