审证求因治疗痤疮经验

目的:总结周宝宽主任医师辨治痤疮的经验。方法:以医案的形式阐述痤疮的病因病机、证型、治法、方药。结果:痤疮的病因病机是风、热、湿、痰、瘀、毒为患,肺、脾、肠、胃等脏腑功能失调导致肌肤受损。常见证型为肺经风热,肠胃湿热及痰湿瘀滞。治疗原则为疏风、清热、燥湿、祛痰、化瘀、解毒、散结及调节脏腑功能。常用方剂为枇杷清肺饮。结论:辨证论治痤疮疗效显著。

Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment Experience of Acne

Objective:To summarize syndrome differentiation and treatment experience of acne in clinic.Methods:Discuss etiopathogenisis,pathogenesis,pattern of syndrome,method of treatment,formulas and medicinals based on medical records.Results:Etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of acne include wind,heat,dampness,phlegm,stasis,toxin,disharmony of Zang-Fu function of lung,speen,intestines,stomach,resulting in damage to skin.Common pattern of syndromes are lung meridian wind-heat,intestine and stomach damp heat,phlegmatic dampness stagnantion.Treatment principles of acne are expelling wind,clearing heat,eliminating damp,resolving phlegm and stasis,neutralizing poison,eliminating stagnation,regulating Zang-Fu function.The frequently used decoction is Pipa Qingfei Decoction.Conclusions:Syndrome differentiation and treatment shows a better therapeutic effect on acne.
