| 摘 要： | 《湿热论》是清代温病学派医家薛雪的代表性著作。该书以正局、变局作为纲领,对外感湿热证(症)辨治规律进行了较为详细地阐述。正局是湿热病病机变化之常,变局是病机变化之变。三焦辨治是针对病机变化之常的治法,卫气营血辨治则是针对病机变化之变的治法。三焦传变的不同阶段中又常中有变,遂治法各异。常变思维贯穿于薛雪湿热病辨治的全过程。

| Abstract: | Discussion of Damp-heat is the representative work of epidemic febrile disease doctor XUE Xue in Qing dynasty.He talked about the law of damp-heat disease using Zhengju and Bianju.Zhengju is the constancy of disease mechanism,Bianju is the change of disease mechanism.XUE Xue differentiated and treated damp-heat disease with constancy and change of thinking. |
