消渴寒痛乐熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

目的:观察消渴寒痛乐熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:选取符合诊断标准的病例160例,随机分为两组,治疗组81例,予消渴寒痛乐浸泡双足,每日1次,1月为1个疗程。对照组79例,口服甲钴铵0.5μg,每日3次,1月为1个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后症状、体征、神经传导速度的变化,并做出疗效判定。结果:治疗后中药足浴组的症状、体征、神经传导速度均有显著改善,经统计学分析与对照组比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:消渴寒痛乐具有温经通络、活血化瘀的功效,对糖尿病性周围神经病变有较好的治疗作用,使用安全有效,价格低廉,值得推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Xiaoke Hanle Steaming and Washing Therapy for Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaoke Hantongle steaming and washing therapy treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:160 cases met the diagnosis criterion were selected and randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(81 cases)were treated with Xiaoke Hantongle steaming and washing therapy once a day and the course was a month;control group(79 cases) was administrated with vancomin 0.5μg orally,three times a day,the course was also a month.The symptoms and sings and NCV of the two groups before and after treatment were observed to evaluate the effect.Results:After treatment,the symptoms and signs and NCV in treatment group were obviously improved and had obvious difference compared with that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoke Hantongle can warm meridians,dredeg collaterals and activate blood circulation to resolve blood stasis,which has good effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.It is safe,effective,cheap and worthy of widely application.
