变应性鼻炎中医辨证规律及益气温阳方联合穴位贴敷治疗的临床研究

目的：探讨变应性鼻炎（ AR）中医辨证规律，观察益气温阳方联合穴位贴敷治疗AR的临床疗效。方法将120例AR患者所有症状、体征进行频数分析，采用聚类分析方法聚成4类证型，分析中医辨证规律。并随机分为2组进行治疗，对照组60例予益气温阳方，治疗组60例在对照组基础上联合穴位贴敷。2组均10 d为1个疗程，3个疗程后统计临床疗效，停药1年后统计复发率。结果治疗组总有效率96．67％，对照组总有效率75．00％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组复发率22．4％（13/58），对照组复发率53．3％（24/45），2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组低于对照组。结论益气温阳方联合穴位贴敷能有效改善AR患者临床症状，临床疗效确切，降低复发率。

Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation law of allergic rhinitis and clinical research of Yiqi Wenyang recipe combined with acupoint application on AR

Objective To research traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation law of allergic rhi-nitis （ AR） and to observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Wenyang recipe combined with acupoint application on AR . Methods All symptoms of 120 AR patients were finished frequency analysis .Using cluster analysis all cases were clustered into four categories syndromes and analyzed traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation law .120 cases were randomly divided into two groups .60 cases in control group received Yiqi Wenyang recipe .60 cases in treatment group were treated by Yiqi Wenyang recipe combined with acupoint application .The course was ten days in two groups .The therapeutic effect was evaluated after three courses .The recurrence rate was calculated after one year of withdrawal.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 96.67%.The total effective rate in control group was 75.00%.There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate （P＆lt;0.05）.That of treatment group was superior to that of control group .The recurrence rate in treatment group （22.4%） was lower than that in control group （53.3%, P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Yiqi Wenyang recipe combined with acupoint application can effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients with AR , the effect is definite and recurrent rate is lower .
