白内障行超声乳化加人工晶体植入术的围手术期护理

目的:探讨白内障超声乳化及人工晶体植入术的围手术期护理方法.方法:回顾性分析385例(402眼)超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术患者的术前准备及术后护理资料.结果:本组术中前房均维持稳定,无并发症发生,发生角膜轻度水肿2眼,虹膜轻度反应6眼,迟发性虹膜睫状体炎2眼,均经积极处理,症状消失.结论:加强白内障超声乳化及人工晶体植入术患者的围手术期护理,有利于提高手术成功率,降低并发症的发生,提高护理质量和患者满意度.
