| 摘 要： | 采用间接免疫荧光法、双抗体夹心法及电镜技术对３０例重型病毒性肝炎（重型肝炎）患者外周血单核细胞膜ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ表达率、单核细胞培养上清α- 肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦα）及单核细胞超微结构进行了检测与观察。结果表明，重型肝炎患者单核细胞膜ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ表达率和培养上清ＴＮＦα含量明显增加， 后者在重型肝炎早期与极期患者之间存在显著差异，超微结构也显示明显异常。上述改变可能在重型肝炎发病机理中有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | The HLA-DR expression on the membrane , tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNFa) content and ultrastructure of peripheral blood monocytes in 30 patients with severe viral hepatitis (SVH ) were determined and observed respectively with indirect immunofluorescence technique, ELISA and electron microscopy. The results showed that both the percentage of monocytes-expressing HLA -DR and the TNFa content in monocytes culture supernatant were significantly elevated in SVH pateints as compared with normal control (p<0. 01 ), There was significant change in TNFa content between the different stages of patients. At the same time , prominent ultrastructural abnormalities of peripheral blood monocytes were observed in these patients. Such changes may be of importence in the pathogenesis of SVH. |
