糖尿病血液透析患者动静脉内瘘并发症的回顾分析

目的 研究糖尿病血透患者的动静脉瘘开放情况及其相关并发症.方法 回顾分析130例长期血液透析治疗的糖尿病患者的动静脉瘘开放率和并发症（出血、假性动脉瘤、血栓形成、感染、疼痛和水肿等）发生情况.结果 动静脉瘘1～5年的开放率分别为100%,90%,88%,86.2%和82.1%,有15例（11.5%）出现假性动脉瘤、感染及血栓形成等相关并发症.年龄、性别、瘘的位置和手术方式对并发症无明显的影响（p〉0.05）.结论 糖尿病血透患者动静脉瘘开放率良好,假性动脉瘤、感染和血栓形成为其较常见的瘘管并发症.

RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS ON INTERNAL ARTERIOVENOUS FISTULA COMPLICATIONS OF HEMODIALYSIS PATIENTS WITH DIABETES MELLITUS

Objective To investigate the arteriovenous fistula patency and complications of hemodialysis pa- tients with diabetes. Methods One hundred and thirty diabetic patients with chronic hemodialysis were collected and analyzed the arteriovenous fistula patency and relative complications （bleeding, false aneurysm, thrombogenesis, in- fection, pain and edema etc） by retrospective analysis. Results The open rates of arteriovenous fistula from 1 year to 5 years were 100%, 90%, 88%, 86.2% and 82.1% respectively, fifteen patients has happened some complica- tions, such as false aneurysm, infection, thrombogenesis etc. There was no significant affect of age, gender, location of fistulous and modus operandi on the complications （p 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The arteriovenous fistula patency rates was high in hemodialysis patients with diabetes, but the false aneurysm, infection and thrombogenesis were the frequent complications of them.
