| 摘 要： | 目的评估螺杆状幽门螺杆菌（Hp）及其球形体感染胃黏膜上皮细胞对CD44v6表达的影响。方法幽门螺杆菌及其球形体与胃黏膜上皮细胞共生培养，免疫组化、RT-PCR检测CD44v6蛋白表达。结果免疫组化及RT-PCR检测，螺杆状Hp及其球形体感染人胃黏膜上皮细胞GES1，诱导CD44v6的表达与上调，且螺杆状Hp与球形体诱导CD44v6存在差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论螺杆状Hp及其球形体感染导致胃黏膜CD44v6表达增加，提示CD44v6在Hp相关性胃炎、胃癌的发生过程中起作用，Hp球形体在Hp治疗复发的流行病学具有重要的意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate CD44v6 expression of gastric epithelial cells infected by spiral and coccoid Helicobacter pylori. Methods By co-culturing gasture gastric epithelial cells with spiral and coccoid Hp,immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR was adopted to detect the expression of CD44v6.Results We found that gastric epithelial cells over expressed CD44v6 induced by spiral and coccoid Hp,at the same time,the expression level of CD44v6 induced by spiral Hp differed significantly from coccoid form of Hp induced(P<0.05).Conclusion Spiral and coccoid form of Hp infection up-regulates the expression level of CD44v6,it shows that CD44v6 takes part in Hp associated chronic gastritis and gastric cancer,coccoid form Hp has important clinical epidemiological significance of healing recrudescence. |
