摘    要:
目的分析和计算ICP-OES法测定水中12种金属元素含量的不确定度。方法依据JJF 1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》,建立数学模型,分析不确定度的来源,计算待测量元素在一定浓度范围内的不确定度。结果对水中12种金属元素进行测定,得出了其不确定度。结论通过测量不确定度的评定,可以掌握ICP-OES法测定水中12种金属元素含量结果的准确性,保证检测工作的质量。

Abstract:
[Objective]To evaluate the uncertainty for determination of 12 metallic elements in water by ICP-OES.[Methods]The mathematical model was established according to JJF1059-1999 "Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement".The source of uncertainty was analyzed,and the uncertainty within a certain range of elements concentrations was calculated.[Results]Determination of 12 kinds of metallic elements in water showed different uncertainty results.[Conclusion]The evaluation of uncertainty can obtain the accuracy of results of determination of 12 metallic elements in water by ICP-OES,and assure the detection quality.
