| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨下肢深静脉血栓的综合诊治及个性化治疗。方法:对64例下肢深静脉血栓患者,根据病情特点,具体应用腔静脉滤器植入、股静脉切开取栓、药物治疗等方法个性化治疗,比较其临床效果。结果:所有患者均取得良好效果,血栓消失,静脉通畅,患肢周径变小恢复。切开取栓患肢周径缩小缓解率在治疗后第1、3天明显高于药物治疗组(P<0.05)。而在第7天两者则无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:综合治疗下肢深静脉血栓可促进恢复,切开取栓近期效果优于药物治疗,综合治疗下肢深静脉血栓疗效确切。 |
