| 摘 要： | 目的 :总结纤维支气管镜在鼻咽部检查中的重要意义 ,探讨鼻咽癌 32例漏诊、误诊的原因。方法 :用日本欧林巴斯BF -P30型纤维支气管镜行鼻咽部检查确诊鼻咽癌 197例 ,对其中临床误诊、漏诊 32例进行分析。结果 :32例中活体组织取检阳性 31例 ;针吸细胞学阳性 30例 ;细胞涂片阳性 2 2例。结论 :纤维支气管镜在鼻咽部检查获得细胞学诊断上具有重要的价值

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the importance of the bronchofiberscope in the examination of the nasopharyngeal.Method:The bronchofiberscope of olympus,BF type P30 was adopted to make a definite diagnosis for 197 cases of nasopharyngeal neoplasms.Among them,32 cases which had missed diagnosis and diagnosed by mistake were analyzed.Result:In the above 32 cases,31 cases were proved positive by biopy,30 cases were positive by needle aspiration cytology and 22 cases by the smear of cytology.Conclusion:The bronchofiberscope shows the great value for the diagnosis of cytology in the examination of nasopharyngeal. |
