| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the methods and views on setting up the standards of teachers with double-capability quality at home and abroad after introducing the necessity and certification requirements of setting up the standards of double-capability quality teachers. Meanwhile, it proposes the authors own understanding, which supplies reference for setting up a feasible scheme for fostering teachers with double-capability quality. |
