| 摘 要： | 目前乳腺癌已居我国女性恶性肿瘤首位，早期发现、早期诊断和早期治疗是改善乳腺癌患者预后的重要手段，而数字化钼靶X线摄影被公认为是乳腺癌影像检查的首选方法。该文旨在通过研究乳腺癌的发病趋势及早期诊断的重要性，进而讨论数字化乳腺钼靶X线摄影在乳腺癌诊断中的优势、X线影像表现、临床应用效果、钼靶X线诊断的仪器与检查方法、分类及研究进展，以提高其在乳腺肿瘤临床早期诊断中的价值。

| Abstract: | Breast cancer has become the leading female malignancy in China; therefore , early detection , diagnosis and treatment are important means to improve the prognosis of breast cancer .Digital mammography X-ray photography is considered as the preferred method for imaging inspection of breast cancer .The paper aims to discuss the trend of breast cancer incidence and importance of early diagnosis of the disease , and improve the value of digital mammography X-ray in early clinical diagnosis of breast cancer by exploring the superiority of the technique , X-ray imaging manifestations , imaging findings , clinical application results , molybdenum target apparatus and inspection methods , classification and research progress . |
