急性重症左心衰竭患者应用呼吸机治疗的疗效研究

目的探讨急性重症左心衰竭患者应用呼吸机治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的48例急性重症左心衰竭患者,随机均分为对照组(常规治疗)和观察组(在常规治疗的基础上加用呼吸机治疗)。比较两组患者治疗前后血气分析指标(动脉血pH、氧分压、二氧化碳分压和脉搏氧饱和度)和治疗总有效率的差异。结果两组患者治疗后2 h、6 h和24 h缺氧症状和血气分析指标均较治疗前不同程度改善(P0.05),观察组改善程度显著优于对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为91.7%,显著高于对照组的66.7%(P0.05)。结论呼吸机治疗急性重症左心衰竭疗效确切,可显著改善患者的低氧血症和酸中毒症状,促进心功能的恢复。

Clinical efficacy of ventilator in the treatment of severe acute left heart failure

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ventilator in the treatment of severe acute left heart failure. Methods 48 cases of severe acute left heart failure were randomly divided into the control group （ re-ceived conventional therapy ） and the observation group （ received ventilator therapy based on conventional treat-ment） . The blood gas analysis and total effective rate of the two groups were compared. Results The hypoxia symp-toms and blood gas analysis 2h, 6h and 24h after the treatment were significantly improved than before （P〈0. 05）, and the improvement was more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 91. 7%, which was significantly higher than 66. 7% of the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Ventilator can improve symptoms of hypoxemia and acidosis and promote the recovery of cardiac function in the treatment of severe acute left heart failure.
