| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨三金片联合头孢克肟治疗尿路感染的临床疗效。方法:选取200例尿路感染患者,将其随机分为治疗组(三金片联合头孢克肟)和对照组(头孢克肟),比较分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组尿急、尿频症状消失时间和尿常规检查白细胞、红细胞好转时间较对照组明显减少,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三金片联合头孢克肟治疗尿路感染有较好疗效,并能有效改善患者的免疫功能。

The Clinical Analysis of Three Gold Pieces Combined with Antibiotics in the Treatment of Urinary Tract Infections |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of three gold pieces combined with antibiotics in the treatment of urinary tract infections.Methods:200 cases with urinary tract infections in patients admitted in our hospital from May 2010 to June 2012 were chosen.They were randomly divided into the treatment group(three gold pieces joint cefixime) and the control group(cefixime).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was taken for comparative analysis.Results:The time of urgency,frequent urination symptoms disappeared and urine routine examination of white blood cells,red blood cells improved were significantly reduced compared with the control group,and the total efficacy rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion:The three gold pieces joint cefixime in the treatment of urinary tract infection has a good effect and can effectively improve the patient's immune function. |
