正交试验法优选参苓白术颗粒喷雾制粒工艺

摘    要:目的:通过试验选择参苓白术颗粒喷雾制粒的最佳工艺条件。方法:应用正交试验法。采用喷雾干燥制粒机制粒并在流化床上进行干燥,以浸膏浓缩的相对密度、入塔风温、雾化压力、喷雾液频为考察因素,每个因素3个水平,以成品颗粒的收得率及半成品颗粒的含水量为考察指标。结果:4个因素中以A浸膏相对密度、B入塔风温、C雾化压力的影响较显著(P<0.05)。而D喷雾液频的影响不显著。结论:参苓白术颗粒喷雾制粒的最佳工艺条件为A2B3C2D1。即浸膏相对密度1.10,入塔风温175~180℃,雾化压力0.20MPa,喷雾液频6Hz。

Orthogonal Experiments for Selecting Spraying Granulation Technique of Shenlingbaizhu Granules
Abstract:Objective:To select the optimum conditions for the spray granulation of Shenlingbaizhu Granules.Methods:The process was studied by orthogonal experiment method.Spray drying granulation mechanism grains and dried on a fluidized bed,tower air temperature,the atomization pressure,the spray solution to the relative density of the extract was concentrated,into a frequency of the investigated factors,each factor of three levels,to the water content of the yield of the finished particles and semi-particles as index.Results:The four factors:Arelative density B into the tower air temperature,C atomization pressure more significantly(P<0.05).D spray liquid frequency was not significant.Conclusion:The optimum conditions for the SHENLINGBAISHU particle spray granulation A2B3C2D1.That extract relative density of 1.10,into the tower wind temperature of 175-180℃,atomization pressure 0.20MPa spray liquid frequency 6Hz.
