阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症患者临床疗效比较

目的:对比分析阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症患者的临床疗效,为精神分裂症的治疗提供参考。方法:将24例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组(阿立哌唑)和对照组(利培酮)各12例,比较两组的疗效及PANSS评分、不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.7%,对照组总有效率为83.3%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.468,P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后第8周末PANSS评分均较治疗前明显降低,但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组锥体外系不良反应比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿立哌唑和利培酮均为治疗精神分裂症的有效药物,与利培酮比较,阿立哌唑不良反应更少。

Comparison of Clinical Efficacy of Aripiprazole and Risperidone in the Treatment of Patients with Schizophrenia

Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia and for the treatment of schizophrenia,and to provide further reference.Methods:24 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group(aripiprazole) and control group(risperidone),12 cases in each of the two groups were compared the efficacy and PANSS score,adverse reactions.Results:The treatment the total effective rate was 91.7%,the total effective rate of the control group was 83.30%,the difference was not statistically significant(χ2 = 2.468,P>0.05).The two groups of patients PANSS score significantly lowered after treatment than before treatment in 8 weeks,but between the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The existence of two sets of extrapyramidal side effects difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aripiprazole and risperidone are all effective drugs for the treatment of schizophrenia,compared with risperidone,aripiprazole fewer adverse reactions.
