| 摘 要： | 目的:建立HPLC法测定降香油中反式-橙花叔醇含量的方法。方法:采用迪马DiamonsiLTMC18色谱柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm);以甲醇-水(15:85)为流动相;流速为1.0mL.min-1;检测波长为213nm;柱温:30℃。结果:反式-橙花叔醇在0.10～1.0mg.mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率(n=9)为99.3%,RSD为0.9%。结论:所建立的方法准确、快速,操作简便,可用于降香油的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine trans-nerolidol in volatile oil from Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae by HPLC method.Methods:The isolation was performed on a DiamonsiLTM column(5μm,250mm×4.6mm) with the mobile phase consisting of menthol-water(15:85).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperaturewas set at 30℃.Results:This method was successfully applied to determine trans-nerolidol in volatile oil from Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae.The standard curves were linear over the ranges of 0.10~1.0 mg·mL-1(r=0.9998);The average recoveries was 99.3%,RSD was 0.9%.Conclusion:The method is simple and can be used as a quality control method for volatile oil from Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae. |
