| 摘 要： | 目的探寻新形势下医院制剂室的发展出路.方法利用战略规划分析方法--SWOT分析新形势下医院制剂室内部环境所具有的优势与劣势及外部环境所面临的机会与危机,通过交叉分析谋求相应的发展策略.结果医院制剂室有独特的优势,也有其劣势,新形势对制剂室的发展充满了机会,但同时带来了更大、更多的挑战.医院药学人员必须转变观念,主动适应新的形势;加强法规与专业知识的培训学习,规范操作;研制和生产特色制剂和专科制剂是今后制剂室的出路;建立中心制剂室是服务更多医院的一种思路;制剂室的工作中心可以向其他领域拓展.结论医院制剂室能在新的激烈竞争环境下生存与发展.

| Abstract: | Objective To search development strategies of pharmaceutical preparations dispensed in hospital in new phases.Methods Using SWOT analysis to identifying interior strengths and weaknesses of pharmaceutical preparations dispensed in hospital,and of examining the exterior opportunities and threats it face. Results Pharmaceutical preparations dispensed in hospital have not only its particular strengths but also have its weakness.New phases full of opportunities on development of pharmaceutical preparations dispensed in hospital,but also bring more challenges at the same time.Conclusion Pharmaceutical preparations dispensed in hospital have the space of subsistence and development in new phase. |
