| 摘 要： | 目的评价Sysmex xs-1000 i全自动血细胞分析仪对形态异常细胞报警的可性信。方法对用仪器测定有报警信号的150份标本和50份无报警信号的标本进行镜检对比评价。结果以镜检结果为标准,xs-1000 i血细胞分析仪对形态异常细胞：幼稚细胞（Blasts）、异形淋巴细胞（Atypical lympho）、未成熟粒细胞（IG）、有核红细胞（NRBC）符合率分别为82.2%、75.0%、62.9%和60.0%。结论 xs-1000 i血细胞分析仪对血细胞的检测具有良好的技术性能,对形态异常细胞的警示具有较高的可信性,但不能完全代替显微镜检查。
