妊娠期妇女心肾功能的超声观察

本文应用二维、M型及彩色多普勒超声心动图技术,对200例妊娠期妇女及50例非孕健康妇女,进行了心肾功能的系统对照观察。结果表明,妊娠期肾脏改变,主要表现在肾盂积水。心脏功能的改变主要表现在反映心排量的指标CO、SV、CI明显增加,心肾功能的变化有着共同特点,有着相互作用的一致性。心肾功能的改变随孕周增加而发生变化。此项观察对围产期保健有着重要意义,对妊娠期合并肾脏病、心脏病、高血压病的高危孕妇可利用超声检查,密切观察各孕周心肾功能的动态变化。

Ultrasonic Observation on Heart-kidney Functions of Pregnant Women

The authors made a contrast observation on heart - kidney functions between 200 pregnant women and 50 non -pregnant women with both two -dimensional, Motion mode and colour Doppler ultrasonic cardiogram technology. The results show that the main change of the kidney in pregnancy is hydronephrosis and the main changes of the heart manifest themselves as obvious increase of such cardiac output indexes as CO, SV and CI. There exist a common low in the changes of cardiorenal functions and uniformity in their interaction. The changes of cardiorenal functions vary with the increase of the number of pregnant weeks. This observation is of great significance for perinatal care and for high risk pregnant women complicated with kidney disease, heart disease or hypertension.
