住院患者自我效能相关因素研究进展

目的为了提高住院患者的自我效能水平,改善临床护理质量。方法在回顾大量国内外文献的基础上,对影响住院患者自我效能的相关因素予以综述。结果多种因素影响住院患者的自我效能,包括年龄、经济状况、文化程度、病情、病程、个人感知、心理状态、自我管理行为、社会支持、应对方式等。结论在对住院患者进行护理干预时,应关注多种复杂因素的影响,重视发挥患者的潜能,有针对性的采取措施提高患者的自我效能水平,促进其身心健康。

The Progress of Relevant Factors Affecting Inpatients' Self Efficacy

Objective To elevate inpatients＇ self efficacy and improve the quality of clinical care.Methods On the basis of reviewing a large number of domestic and foreign literature,the relevant factors affecting inpatients＇ self efficacy was summarized.Results There were many factors affecting inpatient＇s self efficacy,including age,economic status,education level,patient＇s condition,course of disease,personal perception,mental state,self-management behavior,social support,coping style,and so on.Conclusion To improve the inpatients＇ self-efficacy and promote their physical and mental health,attention to the relevant factors should be paid,importance to play their potency should be attached and targeted measures should be taken.
