小儿过敏性紫癜肾炎血清白细胞介素6、8水平变化及其临床意义

目的 探讨小儿过敏性紫癜肾炎血清白细胞介素6、8水平变化及其临床意义。方法 用双抗体夹心ELISA方法对26例急性期和18例缓解期紫癜性肾炎患儿血清白细胞介素6、白细胞介素8水平进行检测,进行统计学处理。结果 紫癜性肾炎患儿急性或血清白细胞介素6、8与缓解期比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),与对照组比较有非常显著差异(P<0.01),缓解期与对照组比较亦有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 检测血清白细胞介素6、8有助于监测紫癜性肾炎的进展。

Clinical significance on the changes of serum IL-6,IL-8 Ievels in children with Henoch-Schonlein nephritis

Objective To explore the clinical significance on the changes of serum IL - 6, IL - 8 levels in children with Henoch - Schonlein nephritis. Methods The serum levels of IL - 6 and IL - 8 were assayed with sandwich ELISA in 26 case patients with Henoch- Schonlein nephritis at active stage and 18 case at remission stage. Results The difference of the serum IL-6.IL-8 level distribution between active group and remission group had marked significance (P<0.05),the difference between active group and normal controls had great significance (P<0.01). The difference of the serum IL - 6, IL - 8 level distribution between remission group and control group also had marked significance (P< 0.05 ). Conclusions The serum level of IL - 6, IL - 8 had some degree of guiding significance in predicting the development of the Henoch -Schonlein nephritis.
